The currently available room is on the top floor and shares a kitchen with one other person. The studio has a separated bedroom zone and lounge area with a sofa, dining table / work space, and dressing area.  

We have Virgin 1GB internet with an ethernet hardwire point in each room and a TV aerial point.  The house also has great wifi coverage thanks to the hardwired boosters on every level.

On the ground floor, you can use the fantastic lounge / diner (which adjoins the main kitchen) with huge TV, Netflix, plus Dining table / workspace.  Its brilliant for socialising and getting to know the other five housemates.

Separate laundry area with two washers and two dryers, 2 irons & board.  The house is cleaned weekly and your en-suite will be cleaned regularly too.

All bills, including Hi-Speed 1GB Broadband, are covered. Some off road parking is available. Add this to a first class service from your co-living host and you will be delighted to call this beautiful environment your home.
