Tenant profile we seek;

GOOD CLEAN EXPERIAN CREDIT FILE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Maximum 4 occupants. Where there are 3 or more tenants, the rental charge will be higher to reflect wear and tear, we carry out routine inspections to ensure no authorized persons are present.

SHARERS will be fully liable for the rent regardless if one or more sharers leave. You will be liable for finding a new and suitable sharer to replace those who have left. It is not feasible for us to try and find replacements to fit in with the personalities of existing tenants.

No assisted tenants or DSS unless we are being paid directly and 24 months rent in advance.
Must have been in employment for at least 6 months and permanently employed.

If self employed we will require 2 years tax overviews.

You must have at least 3 years remaining authorized stay in the UK.

We will require full documentation to include 3 months bank statements and your EXPERIAN credit report. Banks account must be healthy.
No cats / dogs and no internal smoking.
