This immaculate 3 bedroomed house is located in Walsall WS2.
Serviced accommodation perfect for contractors, long term workers, professionals, families and leisure.
It is in close proximity to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, take aways, activities, and healthcare facilities.


The spaceThe house comprises of a fully equipped kitchen/ diner with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and four slice toaster. Cafetiere with freshly ground coffee.

Integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and clothes can also be aired outdoors. Clothes pegs also available in coloured bowl in bottom kitchen drawer.
Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner (stored in the cupboard in the lounge) and cleaning materials are provided (Kitchen cupboard under the sink)

Mop and bucket stored in outside shed. Please ensure dirty water is emptied after each use.

Recycling bins are located to the rear of property on the drive.

There is a dining area which seats up to five people.

In the lounge is a 40 inch flat screen smart TV with a sofa.
There is a 24 inch HD and HDMI TV in all three bedrooms with built-in chromecast / freeview play / bluetooth / dobly audio / netflix / prime video / disney plus.

Large wardrobe with hangers in the master bedroom.

Clothes rail garment rack with hangers and chest of drawers in the two smaller bedrooms.

There is family bathroom with over bath shower. There is a shaver adapter socket and hairdryer in family bathroom and walk in shower in the en-suite.
Downstairs WC

Available are towels, bed linen, toilet paper and handwash.

Complementary WIFI also available.
Key safe box on front of the property.
Security system and alarm in place. On entering the property, there is a security key fob.

To the rear of the property are patio doors leading to a garden and seated area where guests can relax.
