Room in a Shared House, Poole Crescent, B17

This big size double room at the sunny side  in a three-bedroom south-facing house . There are a double bed, big wardrobe & desk inside the room. The other two rooms are occupied by two female students(one is UG student and one is a PG student). The girls live here to keep thehouse very clean and nice tidy. The house is located in a quite residential crescent,which is safe and convenient for living and public transportation. A drivewaywas laid down just before pandemic.

The house is close to the QE hospital and the university. It takes about 10 minutes of walking the university station and the bus stop isjust outside of crescent on the main road. It is close to the Selly Oak shopping Centre including Sainsburys within walking distance.
