Hi, looking for a friendly housemate to replace a friend who's moving out.We're Joe and Steve, friends via work. Ideally looking for someone 21-35 of either gender, who cleans up after themselves and will socialise within the home (at least).There's a spacious communal area downstairs in lounge/kitchen/diner/conservatory/garden. Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon prime TV included in the rent...as are all the utility bills.Washing machine, dishwasher, oven and white goods already in place.The available room comes with a 3/4 double bed but no other furniture. There's one bathroom is the house with a shower over the bath.Off-road parking for two cars but on street parking easily found.Ideally seeking a laid back type who works and is friendly!
