X - STRICTLY NO PARTIES or large gatherings/additional overnights guests than those originally booked permitted - guests will be given one warning and after this, it will lead to an immediate security eviction with no refund - there is a £200 charge to cover all costs incurred.
We have a zero-tolerance policy, any breach of the aforementioned rules will result in immediate eviction from the premises. Additionally, your deposit will be forfeited along with the remainder of your stay.
Please also note, we require a refundable security deposit - this will automatically be released back after your stay following a successful checkout inspection.
