It is on a quiet, tree-lined street (with onstreet parking) and is within walking distance of both Kings Heath High Street and Moseley Village.

The flat has its own rear entrance, accessed through a locked gate, and has a brand new high-security door. The garden is very pretty and well-tended with a variety of shrubs, trees and plants. It has two seating areas with tables and chairs, plus a bench. The garden is for the exclusive use of our flat, but the upstairs flat has access, purely in order to pass through to their garden (which they rarely do).

If you know Moseley and Kings Heath then you’ll know that you have everything you need on your doorstep, including bars, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets (M&S, ASDA, Sainsbury’s), great pubs and music venues. It’s arguably the best place to live in the whole of Birmingham.

Transport: The flats is a short walk to catch the 50 Bus into the city, which is very regular and takes about 20-30 minutes. It's also on the 11 Circular route for Bournville, QE, University of Birmingham etc. Soon both Moseley and Kings Heath will be getting new train stations and both are within walking distance of our flat. 

The flat is close to the University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital (20-23 mins by car or bike). On-street parking is good and the flat comes with it’s own driveway. Birmingham International (airport and Exhibition Centre) is 20 minutes away by car, as is Solihull town and mainline station. Both destinations are less than £15 in an Uber.
