The building is 10 mins walk from Bilston town centre and has good transport links. There is on road parking, CCTV in communal corridors and secure entry to the building.  
There is also a large fully equiped communal kitchen with washing machine which is shared between 3 other studios only.  
This studio is ideal for a working person, over 18 years of age and is single occupancy only.  
All bills are included except electricity, each studio has its own top up meter, cards are purchased from the local Premier shop. The electricity top up is only for what you plug in i. e. fridge, TV, lamp etc. All hot water and heating is included in the rent.
