Room in a Shared Flat, Shortmead St, SG18

Large double room in beautiful Georgian house.10 minutes walk from the station. Sharing with one female. I am looking for a professional female to share the house with.

My second bedroom is available to rent.
My house is a 2 bedroom semi detached house in Biggleswade.

The house itself has a lounge with an open fire, large dining room/office, kitchen, basement & separate toilet and bathroom.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There is off road parking.

I would like someone clean and tidy who will share in the responsibility of household jobs and clean up after themselves although I am easy going and not OCD by any means. Would be ideal to find someone of similar age and interests who would see this as a house share and not hide away all the time. I am a happy and social person and very easy to get on with.
