Room in a Shared House, Mount Road, DA6

A double bedroom with double bed in a shared family house. The room is on the ground floor.

A TV and  desk available in the room, as well as clothes rail and ample additional space. 

Bathroom on the 1st floor is available and is shared with other guests. 

Ground floor toilet also available for use of the guests. 

The living area is available, but please note it is to be shared with our family. 


We own the house and we are a family of 5 (3 kids, aged 16, 13 and 3). 

We also from time to time accept guests for the other rooms in the house (airbnb guests).

Please note, we will only accept a single female or two females to share the room or potentially a couple. If the room is shared with another tenant, the rent is £200 extra (so, £1,000 a month).

Fast WiFi included, bills included (subject to fair usage).

The house has all the amenities and the tenant will be allowed to use the amenities (incl. the kitchen).

Free on-street parking around the street.

Bus B13 passes just outside the house and takes you to either Bexleyheath Town Centre or New Eltham Station.

15-20 minutes walk to Bexleyheath Station, 5-10 walk to Danson Park. There is a pub opposite the road and there is a corner shop around the corner.
