I’m a friendly outgoing person who is happy socialising with others but also respectful of personal space/time. I work away and travel often so you will have the living space to yourself the majority of the time.
There is also a desk/workspace in the living room that I’m happy for the person staying to use as a private working from home space during the day on weekdays.
