Within walking distance of Howlettes Wild Animal Park, and only 5 miles from the historic city of Canterbury, this home-from-home is the ideal multi-generational getaway. Located in the delightful Kent village of Bekesbourne, next to the equally delightful and thriving village of Bridge, which boast multiple thriving local pubs and restaurants is a gentle walk away or a quick 2 minute drive. In the other direction, if you are looking for fine wines, great food and, a lovely atmosphere, the exceptional The Rose at Wickembroux and The Duke William Pub in Ickham is a 10 minute drive. Bring your dog with you and make the most of the stunning walks immediately outside the front door!

Enter the property into a spacious entrance hall with plenty of room to hang your coats and store your wellie boots.

Outside: A brick paved patio with garden table and chairs and views across the garden to the fields beyond. There is parking inside the gates on the gravel and also outside the gates if needed. The garden is completed secure as long as all the gates are shut, perfect for a stay with your dog! (we accept 1 dog or 2 on request)

Please Note: that out of the total of 6 guests, 4 children are allowed. In addition, there is a cot available for 1 baby.
Ellen's Cottage is situated in the heart of a working farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of Ellen's garden and children must be accompanied at all times.
