Laburnum Grove, is a brilliantly located residential road which is lined with attractive Victorian redbrick villas, that is only a two minute walk to Beeston Train Station itself. The house has ample off street parking (first come first serve) whilst parking is unrestricted on the road. For those who cycle there is a bike store at the rear of the drive, alongside the communal garden area.  

Take a few steps up to the smart new black front door to enter inside your new home. The entrance is rather grand with high ceilings, white walls and new floors, the decor is on trend with greys and white hues. Take the newly laid, grey pinstripe, carpeted stairs up to the the first floor front and it is here you find Ensuite Room Suite 5. Unlock your door and enter into a huge, vast room with tall ceilings and lots of generous space. The are two large double glazed windows that look out to the front and makes this a super sunny environment. There is a large walk in closet in addition the new furnishing that include: new double bed, x 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, x 2 bedside drawers, two seater sofa, x 2 mirrors and a rug. At the end of the ground floor hallway you find the fantastic communal kitchen diner. Modern and cleverly arranged space fitted out in matt grey units. Ensuite Room Suite 5, has its own allocated cupboard and the use of the shared house supplied cutlery etc. There are two induction hobs, two ovens, two sinks, a dishwasher, a microwave, kettle and four slice toaster, there are four fridge freezers with shelves allocated to the each room. Dining can be had at the breakfast bar or at the table. From the hall there is access to the newly landscaped garden area and bike store. The garden area has a seating area for you and your house mates to enjoy, weather permitting. There is a communal laundry room on the first floor landing with two washing machine and two tumble driers.

Locations and transport:

Buses 18 & 20 can be collected at the end of the road and will take you to Rylands, Chillwell and Nottingham and will have you dropped off at the main entrance of QMC (Queen Mary's Medical Centre) and or Nottingham University main Campus. Beeston Train Station is a two minute walk from the house and has lines into Nottingham, Loughborough and London St Pancras. Beeston Trams, are only three stops to the Uni or stay on to get into the city centre. Those working Boots could walk to work from Laburnum Grove as it is nice and close.
Take a stroll down Beeston High Road and you will be able to find a great mixture of independent and high street chains, including WH Smith, Boots, New Look, Wilkos, B&M, Bon Marche, Ryman’s, Holland and Barrett, with Tescos, Iceland, Lidl and Sainsburys supermarkets. A selection of cafes can also be found in and around the main shopping area, giving you the opportunity to take a break and watch the world go by in one of the many outdoor seating areas. There is always something going on in the Square, whether this be the weekly market or a speciality Arts and Craft or Farmers Market.
