- single room with bed which can be converted into double bed, fully furnished (no desk at the moment, but can be added)
- double blinds (for privacy and for black out)
- all bills included (broadband, Netflix, utility bills, etc.)
- private bathroom (outside the room)
- shared living room, kitchen and dining room (with dining table which is also a pool table and table tennis)
- two parking spaces available

- no pets allowed
- no smoking allowed inside the house

Looking for someone organised and able to keep the house clean, tidy and quiet.
I work long hours in the hospital and appreciate a calm environment at home mainly in the evenings and night periods during week days.
