Two double rooms Available from January. We are preferably looking for professional girls (ages 25+) to join our homely house 🏡


NOW GONE —- Room 1 - £730pcm - large furnished double on the ground floor.

AVAILABLE —- Room 2 - £850pcm - extra large furnished double on the 1st floor.

Both rooms are currently empty so move in date is flexible.

The house is a 4 bed, two bathroom (one ensuite) about 5 minutes walk from Clapham junction station. The house is massive, we have a garden, kitchen, separate dinning room, living room and a spare bedroom we use for storage! We like to keep the house clean and tidy, the cleaner will come every other week to hoover and do communal areas..

You will be sharing with two working professional girls - Hannah is 26 and manages a retail store, Hester is 30 and works in a design studio of a vodka company. Both of us have creative backgrounds and busy lives. We would prefer people that don’t wfh, but know the current situation isn’t normal at the moment and the odd day here and there is ok.

Although this is not a party house, we like the odd evening watching trash tv, drinking wine / dinner together and have been known to venture to the pub mid week as well as restaurants and movie nights together.

We back on to Asda, and everything you could possibly need is no more than ten minutes walk away!

The boring bits - rent is specified above - the deposit is one months rent - All main bills are included in the rent and dealt with by the landlord (our landlords private meaning no mental fees through agents) the only extras are the Wifi, Tv license & Cleaner which we split equally between us.
WiFi & Tv licence 9.12£ a month each + 12£ ish each a month for the cleaner.

The contract is renewed yearly at no extra cost our next renewal is in June. (Please note the house was recently up for sale but the landlord has decided in this climate to not sell, this means at first it’s a 6 months contract but we hope to renew and enjoy the house for many more years.)
