This room is located on the first floor of the house on Warminster road Bath, is furnished with a double bed, side table, desk, chair and fitted cupboard/wardrobe. It has en-suite shower, hand basin and WC.

In the shared well equipped kitchen/dining room there is plenty of storage and separate fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. There is free on-road parking nearby.

Suitable for a student or a young professional (strictly single occupancy only) who wants to have a clean and quiet place to live. Excellent location, near the picturesque Bathampton canal, George's pub, medical and dental centre and local shops. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bottom of Bathwick hill where you can catch the bus for the uni; it is about a 20 minute walk home from the town centre and we are on bus routes number 11 and D1 with the bus stop just a few metres from the house.
