Looking for a couple/small family (e.g. two adults and one child), or two friends for long term rental (1 year minimum). It will be one tenancy agreement to cover the whole property - separate sharers will not be considered. 

Full time professionals only, no students/pets/smokers. 

Will need to provide 1 months rent as deposit plus 2 x references per tenant. Also bank statements and evidence of employment. All tenants over 18 will be subject to a Right to Rent check.
