Room in a Shared House, Wimbourne, SS15

I am looking for a second tenant for a house share, this includes a spacious double room with built in wardrobes and shared access to the rest of the house including the garden, living room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and conservatory.

I as the owner will provide a partly furnished accommodation, the person that is moving out currently owns all the furniture in the communal areas and bedroom which I will be replacing as soon as possible. I can also provide a new bed for your room if you don't have one of your own, which we can discuss at the viewing. The bedroom decor will be changed by the wallpapered wall being pained a standard muted colour. There will also be some other decorative changes that will be made once the current tenant has vacated.

There is currently another person renting a room in the house, he is Male and in his 50's who works locally and stays approximately 4 out of 7 nights a week (usually Mon-Thurs)

Rent of 915.00 includes, Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and WiFi.
Couples will be considered and the inclusive rent would be £1,375.00 pcm. 
Both with one months rent as a deposit.
