King size room with seperate study

Two options available :

- £1100 for both a king size room plus a second room as a study (in case you want space to wfh). Both rooms are fully furnished and recently redecorated. Bathroom would be yours only in this option. Both rooms are on the ground floor.
- £850 for king size room only. Bathroom would be shared in this option.

Both options will have access to:
- living space with smart television
- kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
- off road parking
- large garden and patio
- washing machine
Bills are included, including broadband and cleaner for shared spaces.

Preferably looking for a solo renter but would consider a couple for the right people. Couples would be at an extra cost for additional bills.

The house is a non smoking property with no pets. Would consider well behaved pets but no cats due to allergies.

8 minutes drive to both Laindon and Basildon C2C stations, where you can get a train into London in c. 30 minutes. 10 min drive to Billericay station where you can use the Greater Anglia Train line for London and other routes. Asda is just round the corner and most other large supermarkets are within 10min drive.

I am a live in landlord. I split my time between working from home (upstairs in my office) and in the City. I tend to be out most evenings at the gym but happy to socialise when I'm around or leave you to your peace and quiet, whatever you prefer.
