No hidden costs or additional charges are applicable as the rent covers the cost of all bills, electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband and licence for the TV provided. 

In addition, the communal areas and shared bathroom are cleaned every two weeks.

After viewing this home, should you be interested in moving in, references are required. These will be carried out after you pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 week rent (1 week rent = monthly rent X 12 / 52). The holding deposit is fully refundable, unless your references fail or you withdraw from the application.

The references checked are:

• Financial reference (minimum affordability criteria is 2.5x the monthly rent, gross)
• Credit check
• Current landlord reference (if applicable)
• Photo ID and proof of current address is also required

Once your references have passed, we will invite you to sign a tenancy agreement (minimum 6 month period). You will then be required to pay one month rent (less your holding deposit), and a security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent. This is payable before before keys are handed over.
