GROUND FLOOR

There is an entrance hall and a snug/office/second reception room which incorporates an entrance to the stairs.  

FIRST FLOOR

There are three bedrooms – one with king-size bed, one with double bed. one with small double.  The largest bedroom is open plan.  Rooms can be re-configured to suit.

The upstairs bathroom has an extra large bath with overhead and traditional shower and folding bath screen.  There is a duel fuel radiator/towel rail which can be used separately from the heating system.

The garden has a large lawn and a stylish dining patio.  The cobbled driveway can accommodate up to eight cars.  

Barston offers many country walks and Wood Lane itself is a lovely spot, used by very few vehicles or pedestrians as there are only three properties in the lane. 

The closest restaurant, The Malt Shovel at Barston, is a two minute walk away and provides atmospheric dining in the bar as well as a more formal restaurant.

The Bulls Head, a 10 minute walk through the village, offers a more traditional menu and a host of award-winning real ales.

In the neighbouring villages of Hampton in Arden & Knowle are Peels, Soho Tavern, Fox and a host of other excellent restaurants of all cuisines.

Less than a five minute drive away the village of Knowle offers all amenities - Tesco, garage, pubs, restaurants, all shops etc.  

For golf enthusiasts West Midlands Golf Club is a two minute drive, Nailcote & Copt Heath Golf courses five minutes & The Belfry Golf Course is 20 minutes away.

Fishermen can enjoy Blythe Waters (a three minute walk across the fields), Barston Lakes or Oak Lane Farm in Barston, both of which are a two minute drive.
