Room in a Shared House, Cemetery Road, S73

I am looking for a tenant for my spare attic room.  Ideally only FT workers and Female. 

Room details

Double room situated at the top of the house. The room comes with a double bed, mattress. A four drawer unit, hanging rails, tv and remove controlled fan. You will need to have your own tv programme source, due to currently having no aerial in the attic. 

Shared areas of the property are the bathroom, living room, kitchen and the yard. Storage space will be provided for in the kitchen.  Use of Pots/pans/cutlery/cups/plates/washing machine/cooker are all available. The cooker is electric and i have an induction 4 ring hob. 

The house is situated on a quiet one way street, with on street parking. It is a short walk to Wombwell high street which has an array of shops/pubs and takeaways.  The train station is a up hill 15 min walk, east access to the M1. Good Transport Links via bus and train. 

About myself. I am a 41 yr professional Female. I will also be living within the property. I do have an office at home where i work 3 days a week, but I can also be away at my partners home during the week and weekends.  I do smoke, but only outside in the yard area. I also do dog sit most weeks for my mums cockerpoo.
