Room in a Shared House, Cemetery Road, S73

The house is situated on a quiet one way street in wombwell. It is a 4 bedroom house, with only myself living there.
The room I have available is a double attic bedroom.
The room includes a double bed, drawers and hanging rails. It does have a mattress and bedding, but happy for you to use your own.
I do work from home 3 days per week. My office is another bedroom at the front of the property. I work mon - Fri 8 - 4.30. So no shift work.
I do look after my mums puppy two days of the week. She is a puppy cockerpoo and is very friendly. So I am looking for someone who likes dogs.
I do smoke, but not in the house at all. I don’t mind if someone vapes in the house, but no smoking.
I do have a partner, so can be away for most of the weekends, sometimes in the week also. Happy for friends or partner to stay over.
The house is an old terrace house, fitted with several smoke alarms. All doors have a fire strip on them.
The house also has a cellar, which I am happy to store things in.


The room I am letting currently doesn’t have a lock on it, but I am happy to get one. Should one be required .
The living room, kitchen , cellar, yard, bathroom are all shared areas.
I have an electric hob and cooker.
I do have virgin media WiFi, which I am happy for you to use.
Currently the room does have a tv in it, but needs an aerial and. Your own tv source.
With the property being an old terrace house, the main stairs up to the first floor are a little steep. But you do get used to them.
