This house is just two minutes walk from Wombwell High Street and is very close to bus routes for Barnsley Town centre and Manvers. There is on street parking. It is close to asos, fresh pac and next.
Each room is furnished to a high standard with comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest, bedside table, and chair or sofa. One room has a new modern en-suite and the other two rooms share a bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet and there is a separate wc downstairs.
The kitchen is spotless and well equipped with built in oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The communal lounge dining room has a comfortable sofa for relaxing and dining table.
The communal areas are cleaned every week to ensure it remains super clean.
All bills and fibre broadband is included in the rent.
