This is a gorgeous, spacious double-sized bedroom which has been newly built in the loft. There is brand new flooring and walls and plenty of space for storage as we have installed high-quality fitted cupboards and drawers. The room is fully furnished, including an orthopaedic bed, a microwave and a fridge which have all been bought completely new for your comfort. The price includes bills and Wi-Fi. The room is available from now, but we can be flexible about the move date if needed.

The property is located close to Barking Park and so would be a 10 minute walk to Barking Station which has great transport links including the District, Hammersmith and City Line, Overground and C2C trains and various bus connections. The location is also near a variety of amenities.

For context, this is a family household – we are friendly and quiet, so you won’t be disturbed. The room would be next to my daughter’s room, but she is not in her room most of the time. In the loft, there is a bathroom with a shower you would be able to use – the family mainly uses the other bathrooms in the property, so for the most part, the bathroom would mostly be used by whoever moves in.

We are strictly looking for one female to move into the room – no couples or males unfortunately and no pets or smokers either. 1 month of advance rent and 1 month deposit would be required.

In terms of characteristics for our future housemate, we are looking for someone who is courteous and well-mannered and does not work mainly from home.
