Parking permit available for £31 a month (guest) or £36 for a year (registered resident with local council) - free parking on all days of the week except 1.30-2.30 PM on weekdays which is reserved for permit holders only.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets & 1 bath/shower in the house. Landlord and partner occupy the master bedroom with 2 rooms available for 1 person each (max 4 people). We have a small dog & cat, therefore would want house mates that love animals & will enjoy their adorable personalities & treat them with kindness.

The room is fully kitted out & provided with a 50 inch LG TV (large double room) with all video & music apps such as netflix, disney, prime, youtube, spotify etc. There is a set of matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk, chair & full length mirror.
