The lounge area has a log burner, TV point etc, but no TV so you'll have to provide your own. 

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, with vaulted ceilings and stripped pine floors, one twin and one double.

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with bath with mixer taps, WC, and basin. Shower attachment but no separate  shower as water pressure too low.

Outside, there is secure car parking for two cars within an enclosed safe courtyard.

The cottage also has a safe and enclosed private garden with a sunny patio area.

You have your own metered electricity supply payable monthly according to what you have used at the same rate Octopus charge us the landlord. Water rates are included in the rent. Our neighbour sells logs for the wood burner so they are easily got.
