Description
Note: This OpenRent Property Is No Longer Available For Rent. Description below is only for reference, and you can no longer book a viewing or contact this private landlord.
Two storey mid-terrace old stone house with two bedrooms (4.1x3.4m & 3.0x3.7m) and small crogloft, (large enough for double mattress on slats, but very low ceiling). The house is the leftermost of the 2 houses shown in the first photo. Large open plan downstairs, with kitchen (4.85x2.4m) and living room (5.0x3.95m). Large solid fuel stove, which heats water and runs central heating, with immersion heater. Carpeted upstairs, tiles and solid oak flooring downstairs. Bath with shower over. Small yard at rear, and terraced area at front, with very good views across Anglesey. Please note that the 80m track up to the terrace is rather steep and rough, offputting to some drivers. The plan is to properly surface the track next year. Parking, and gardens if wanted. I own all four houses in the terrace. There are are extensive, rather overgrown, gardens around the terrace. If gardening isn't "your thing" you wouldn't be required to maintain any of it (just the small front and backyards). Sorry, strictly no dogs, one cat OK (but you would have to have a cat flap properly fitted). The tenant would have to pay all bills (ie water (no meter), electricity, council tax and broadband). The house is above Tregarth, about 6 miles south of Bangor. I think the house would be best suit a couple, perhaps with one (or two little) children (my own daughter lived in No 11 next door). It is rural and quiet, but only a few mins walk from a regular bus service in the village. Potential tenants would either need to prove that they have a local job (I would also ring their employer(s)); I may possibly let to people who receive Housing benefit, I would in that case certainly require a guarantor from a house-owning friend or relative (and their would be a £200 charge to cover the legal costs of drawing up said guarantee). If interested, please let me know me your phone number. Note; the photo of the house isn't the one - it's in the terrace up the track opposite it; I don't know how to get the terrace shown on Streetview (if it is on Streetview).
