Preference is for a female housemate in this 3 bed semi detached house which has private parking and gardens and is situated in a prime location on the edge of town, within a minutes walk to direct public transport links into Manchester City centre and surrounding areas, there is a train station in the town as well as numerous shops, bars and  restaurants.
The household is mixed sex/race speaking English and Spanish, age 40+
The household is very warm and welcoming and at the same time extremely respectful.
