Room in a Shared House, Inkerman Street, PR2

Hi everyone,

A room has become available in this 3 bed house in Ashton. There's an open plan kitchen/living area, fairly large garden and 3 bedrooms upstairs, however you will only be sharing the house with 1 other person. The 3rd bedroom is an office with a sofa bed in there if you had anyone come to stay. There's 1 bathroom so you'd be sharing that with the other housemate. The room is furnished. Location wise it's a 5 minute walk to Lane Ends where there are a number of shops and pubs and about 15 min walk to town. It's also about 10 min walk to the 23 bus stop which will take you right outside Royal Preston Hospital and UCLAN.

I was living in the house but have recently moved to Australia so looking for someone to take my spot. The other house mate is Emma, she is 26 and a PhD student studying clinical psychology.

She is looking for someone who's happy to split the load with cleaning and looking for that family feel environment where you can hang out but of course also being considerate of each other's space. She is into climbing, cooking and outdoors.

- Thee room is free now and we plan on doing viewings 2nd/3rd April.
