I have a double room to rent that I am currently decorating. The room comes with a tv on the wall, clothes rail, bedside table and a double bed.
I am not here all of the time so when I am not you can help yourself to the living room as long as it is all kept clean and tidy.
Bathroom is shared
Everything is kept extremely clean and tidy so I am looking for someone clean.
Kitchen is shared, you will have your own fridge and cupboard for food. You can share the freezer.
You can park at the front of the house, there is no issue with parking here and you are welcome to use the garden.
There is gym equipment in the conservatory that you are welcome to use.
It is a pretty rural location so you will need to be able to drive, the closest shop is a 5 minute drive.
