The main bathroom has a powerful shower and bath and an additional small shower room downstairs and a guest toilet next to this.

The room measures 10'9" X 6'1" (3.28M X 1.85M) and is furnished.

The rent includes all utilities, wireless internet and a cleaner for the general areas once a week.
