The house is located on Brighton Road which is close to Rolls Royce and Bombardier and has excellent local amenities on the street or it is just a short walk to Alvaston high street, and has great bus routes nearby.
Each bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, a chest of 3 drawers and 2 stunning bedside pendant lights. There is an aerial in each room, so please feel free to set up your own TV if you wish.
