The space   As you enter the Zen House living space, you will forget that you are in a modern house in a suburb of Manchester and be immediately transported to an oasis of calm as you view the lush garden through the rear bifold doors. The large open plan living, kitchen and dining area open out onto a tropical garden complete with palms and tree ferns along with a secluded hot tub and chiminea for outside cooking. In fact, the only things missing are the birds of paradise! Inside, the living area has designer light fittings, smart mood lighting, a white leather sofa and reclining white leather chairs and a large flat screen smart TV. The kitchen which has been featured in a kitchen magazine, boasts sleek Corian worktops, feature lighting and a central island with breakfast bar. Appliances include a large American Fridge Freezer with ice dispenser, oven, microwave, gas hob, downdraught extractor, dishwasher, and everything you need for a variety of cooking options. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, dryer and a WC. The kitchen and dining area is generous with seating for up to 6 guests. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - 1 large master en-suite, 1 double and 2 singles. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. For guests who may have to work from home, there is a separate office, just off the living area with a calming view of the bamboo in the garden - a perfect place to work without stress. The driveway has parking for two vehicles.

Guest access  Guests will have access to the whole of the property (not the garage unless requested in advance).  There is additional parking on the drive for up to 2 vehicles

Optional  Hot tub in the garden will be set up for arrival, but will require extra charge if you would like this cleaned out at regular intervals during your stay.
