Seeking Property Guardians*: 

Self-contained level available in large house for one/couple available now in Alton - £250 PER MONTH.  

This large former care home is a five-minute walk from local high street and just across the road from the station. Price is per person and excludes CT and utilities and your responsibility to register and pay.  

The large open ground floor consist of 2x bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge and separate kitchen. We are looking for responsible individual to sign up as property guardians who are able to move ASAP and who are able to live in and look after the property as per the rules of being a property guardian.

Available to singles / no pets or dependants.

*What is a Property Guardian: 

A property guardian is a mature, working professional who resides in a would-be vacant property, occupying a shared living space under a non-exclusive license agreement, for the purpose of providing a security function. A property guardian does not act as a security guard and are not expected to intervene with any criminal activity – they are there to act as an early warning system should anything of the sort occur. Their presence helps not only to detract from anti-social behaviour, such as squatting and asset stripping, but also ensures that properties are well maintained.
