Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with a power shower.

A heat exchange unit extracts stale air in the house and brings fresh air into the house.

The communal space has a TV and chairs for comfortable seating and relaxing.

There is a utility room with washer & dryer.

The garden, which is still being created gets a lot of sun. There are chairs & tables for alfresco dining or for a glass  of wine at the end of the working day.

There is parking for 4 cars on the forecourt on a first come basis.
