Are you looking for a homely & clean place to rest? This friendly, quiet household is offering a tidy & respectful person space to integrate with its owner and one female occupant in our stylish townhouse. You are welcome to arrive either Sunday or Monday evening to enjoy the accommodation's high standards. MIDWEEK/WEEKDAY home away from home base i.e. whilst working away from your own usual location & residence. Local street parking. Train station 5 mins walk for direct train into London Waterloo.

LOCATION: Weybridge/Chertsey/Addlestone border - KT15, VERY CLOSE TO M25 . Situated in a safe & secure location, the room is fully furnished and directly opposite bathroom. Use of Microwave & fridge space available. Minimal storage - not enough space for large suitcase - just bring the basics - welcome to leave a few essentials i. e. toiletries. unable to leave belongings over the weekend as the room may then be used by ourselves.

UNSUITABLE FOR: Couples/anyone needing an address for their own legal purposes or to make a visa application, including students. No smokers/no animals due to asthmatic resident.

PAYABLE MONTHLY IN ADVANCE £600 Fixed cost. Non-refundable. Paying 1 month in advance gives you flexibility and secures the same room for your weekday visit. If you leave within that month, or are not present/not staying, there would not be any refund - you pay for a flexible 4-5 night stay. Superfast fibre BB. All inclusive rate includes hotel standard stay including clean towel & bedding, consumables inc soap, toilet rolls, and cost of cleaner. Council tax band E.

ACCESS short journeys - ROAD - M25 (2 miles via A317), St George's College school, Woking & McLaren site, Chertsey, Homewood Park/St Peter's Hospital, Weybridge & The Heights/Brooklands business parks, Heathrow (20 minutes via M25 J11), film studios at Shepperton & Longcross.

To keep us safe & secure, please provide proof - prior to/ahead of any visit (in person or virtual) - of who you say your are/where you live/proof of employment, alongside a personal reference please - just keeps us safe 🧷.

Especially as I would like to get to know who I am sharing my home (and workspace), initial meetings will held online, possibly followed by an in-person viewing. .
