I currently have a room available to rent, in a spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Wokingham (between Arborfield and Finchampstead) located on a quiet new development. Finchampstead has a number of open spaces and places to go for walks, and both villages offer wonderful warm country pubs, in a friendly, safe and relaxed neighbourhood.

At the property there is one large kitchen with a dining area, two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs), an upstairs bathroom with a powered shower and a small garden to the back of the property with its own patio area. Property also has it's own mini gym!

The room is currently furnished with a double bed only, which offers you the opportunity to make this space truly your own. However I would also be willing to add additional pieces, if required.
