Rentals in these areas bring down the average higher rentals paid in Oxford and Abingdon the 2 largest towns in the BRMA)

Can verify on official GOVT WEBSITE which shows all rents then uses LOWEST 10% to determine 'Housing Benefit' paid in every BRMA area of UK.
