This comprises of a living room, kitchen and a shower room/toilet). There is also a large balcony (on the 12th floor) full of plants, a table, seats to have a coffee or tea. The views of the sunrise/set are incredible!

Live-in landlord:
I work in Health care, and a Teacher & Practitionar of Massage and Therapy.

You will share the rest of the flat with 2 flat mates (a young English Female & a Multi cultural Male).
You will have as much privacy as you want, but I am also happy to chat whenever appropriate.

The rent including:
*Including Internet all over the flat. (normally ~£43/Month)
*Including building cleaning, use of laundry room (Large Washing machines and Dryers) on the bottom floor of the apartment block (~£50)
*Including Private use of Gym equipments in the flat.
*There is NO free parking, but if you want a Garage/roof terrace this cost ~£60/a month I guess (from the Council).
