Buses serve Watford town centre taking around 20-25 minutes, or you can walk to many of the local large employers such as ASOS in Leavesden Park, Warner Bros Studios, Imagination Technologies in Kings Langley, Clock in Hunton Bridge and many others.
The house is in a quiet residential road with lots of off-street parking and easy access to local amenities (Spar mini-supermarket, Fish and Chip shop and Dominoes pizza and other takeaways are only a 4 minute walk away).
