Cooker: double oven range with separate grill and 5 rings, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/freezer crockery and all utensils supplied. Allocated cupboard and storage space etc.
Car-park parking and access to rear of property. Smoking outside only.
Landlord/Lady occupier and tenant. Very quiet, clean and respectful (no door slamming, loud TV's, tap dancing on floors, smoking outside etc. 2 minutes walk from Tesco/Homebase/Argos and 5 minutes from town center. On Bus routes for Yeovil, Poole, Dorch and Weymouth.
The kitchen is due to be painted and the gardens are about to be renovated, but only during normal working hours and clean at end of day. One month advance rent and one months deposit required; Deposit can be paid in three instalments over the first three months, dependant on the suitability of the lodger.
This is a genuine, no problem home and everybody gets along fine. House is cleaned by the landlord and all you need to do is clean-up after yourself. The room is up-stairs, rear facing and overlooks garden and car-park.
