There is a nice walk along the river, which takes you to Sainsbury's or on into the city centre. Canterbury West station is approximately 20 minutes this way. A short drive away from the city takes you to the retail developments of Asda, B&Q, the Range, Halfords, M&S Food etc. There are frequent buses along the Sturry Road. Canterbury West is on the high speed train route into London.
Because of the size of the flat, it is suitable for one person or a couple at most. We would consider a postgrad or professional. It is not suitable for pets, children or smokers.
