Ground floor flat in quiet location within the Barton's Mill development.  One double bedroom, one bathroom and living/dining area with corner kitchen.  Recently repainted throughout.  Kitchen has built in electric oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.  All electric heating.  Big double bedroom has built in double wardrobe with mirrored doors.  Burglar and smoke alarms are fitted and the property is non-smoking.  There is a storage cupboard inside the front door which contains the water boiler (recently serviced), a shelf for laundry and space for ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.  The bathroom has loo, basin and bath with shower over, plus a heated towel rail.

Barton's Mill is an attractive development with a mix of houses and apartments.  Our block is in a quiet area to the rear of the development.  There is a nice walk along the river, which takes you to Sainsbury's or on into the city centre.  Canterbury West station is approximately 20 minutes this way.  A short drive away from the city takes you to the retail developments of Asda, B&Q, the Range, Halfords, M&S Food etc.  There are frequent buses along the Sturry Road.  Canterbury West is on the high speed train route into London.  

Because of the size of the flat, it is suitable for one person or a couple at most.  We would consider a postgrad or professional.  It is not suitable for pets, children or smokers.
