Room in a Shared Flat, Ireton St, E3

Hello

I'm looking for a housemate to move into my 2 bed flat situated between Bow Road and Bow Church stations, from the last week of July. The room is a double room. The location is fantastic, with easy access to central via tube and bus. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Bow Road, Bow Church and Mile End stations, with Barclays Bikes just at the main road as well. There is a Co-op and Tesco within 5 minutes walk of the flat as well, and Victoria Park is about 15 minute walk.

The flat has been recently refurbished and is open planned, and is a lovely cosy flat with a Juliette balcony and brand new furniture and appliances.

The landlords are super nice and available at any time if need be. You will be sharing with me, a female working in financial services so I have regular 9-5 type hours. I'm clean, friendly and considerate :)
