We are friendly/chatty in communal areas and live a shared life style, but privacy for all is a must. No one will disturb you once in your room.
Opposite the sea, 10 minute walk to town, trains, leisure centre, pool, boating, supermarkets, pubs. Lake/sea fishing, coastal walks/cycling.

You have your own exclusive use of kitchen cupboard, fridge and deepfreeze space; use of gardens, kitchen, bathrooms, and entrance 24/7. You can use the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen items, etc
All rooms have door locks, unlimited fibre optic Wi-Fi, TV/Freesat, towels, all bedding, electric blanket, table and chairs, fully furnished with floor to ceiling mirror fitted wardrobes. Just bring yourself and clothes.

Other rooms are available, larger and smaller, some with sea views, and some with own shower
Smoking in gardens and smoking room only. NO smoking in rooms or shared areas.
Light domestic duties are equally shared to maintain a well-presented home. We have a cleaner who does the heavy cleaning, including a window, and bin cleaner which is included in the rent.
The rent includes gas, electric, water rates, Wi-Fi, subject to additional charges during the colder months.
