Room in a Shared House, High Road, N22

Hi there, we've got a medium-sized double room available in a spacious 3-bed maisonette up in Wood Green. It's available from 17th July. The pictures speak for themselves really; this place is lush. What you can't see from the pictures is how amazing the power shower is, how the double-glazing saves our lives in the winter (and keeps the bills manageable) and how we're living right across from the smiliest barber in the world.

Location-wise, apart from the obvious convenience when you want your hair cut, it's a 10 minute walk from Wood Green and Bowes Park stations. We've got a Tesco around the corner and a Turkish supermarket which is great for cheap veg.

Bills are about £100 a month for council tax, internet, TV license, electricity, water and gas.

You'll be living with Joey, a 28 year old female who works as a solicitor, and Bobby a 31 year old tech specialist. The other housemate, Charli is moving to Rio or else she'd be staying! The house dynamic has always been really easy-going; we work normal hours, and we don't live in each other's pockets. We like to hang out in the living room with a cup of tea or glass of wine and a bit of TV during the week but the weekends are anyone's guess; normally involving beer, travel, or a mixture of the two.

No major requirements for new housemates; just that you have a job (no students/unemployed please) and you don't mind turning on the hoover every now and again.
