I'm moving out of the country in August, and I need someone to take over my lease till the end of the year. There is an option to renew at the same price for next year too. The apartment is situated 7 minutes from The Old Street roundabout. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the Angel tube station and many buses. There are also two supermarkets within a 2 minute walk.

The building itself is brand new in a luxury building. It has a 24 hour concierge, gym, sauna, steam room, and pool! The apartment is on the 5th floor with floor to ceiling windows that allow for a lot of light. There is also a washer/dryer, Siemens kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, a full size bedroom with brand new Queen sized bed from the U.S., a large bathroom with shower and tub, and floor heating! All furniture is yours to keep when the lease is over as I can't take it back with me and rented the place unfurnished. Most of the furniture is from West Elm and Restoration hardware.
