I have a Double Room to let and it will be available from 21st July 2015.

The room is in a three storey, friendly shared house at Sheridan Road Bath, post code (BA2 1RA). The house is ideally located for Bath Spa University.

The room has a TV and fast Wi-Fi broadband point fittedand all the running costs of the house are included in the rent. The rent is£410 per a calendar month in advance with one month’s rent held for notice;hence the initial payment will be £820 and you will not pay the last month rentwhen you give your final calendar months’ notice. The rent is due on the 1st ofeach month.                                                                      

The room is fully furnished with a double bed that has amattress cover, duvet and the pillows are fitted with covers, you will need toprovide sheets, a duvet cover and pillow cases and any other linen that you mayrequire.

The house has a large shared kitchen and you will haveaccess to a shared Fridge/Freezer. The kitchen is fitted with all that isrequired for you to be able to prepare your food. The kitchen is fitted with a washingmachine, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and most other kitchenamenities.

The house has a WC with a shower on the ground floor anda Bathroom with a shower on the second floor. The house has a rear enclosed garden.                                                                                                                        

There is a local convenience store within a few minutes’walk of the house and they sell most things, the house is on several good busroutes and offer a good regular service to the City Centre, there is on streetparking.
