These are 3 fully furnished, single rooms in a fully furnished, central heated house. There are 2 bathrooms in total, a kitchen area on the ground floor which includes a washing machine. Also, all services are already up and running (specifically internet and TV).
The kitchen has many cupboards, and is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, etc
The house and rooms are well lit, sunny and quite pleasant to be in.
The house is very close to the university of Sheffield campus (around 10-15 minutes walk from the union). There are several local shops for shopping within 4-5 minute walking distance. This house is ideal for students, and we all get on together well and there is a very positive atmosphere, more people would be very welcome. In the house there is me (a dentist student), another dental student and 1 medic student
The room is available for the new academic year (from August), with prices of £50-60 a week depending on the room. We are all muslims living in the house and so would prefer other muslims or possibly vegetarians to live with due to our food preferences
