The studio for rent is at a student accommodation called Vita Student. It is 19sqm studio with two large windows with a wonderful view of the city centre. Bills are inclusive and this includes a TV license, a free weekly cleaning service, lovely staff, a common room with a pool table and table tennis area, a gym, a communal kitchen, a study area and multiple television sets. Furnishings include a double bed, book shelf, Samsung SMART TV, lots of storage space, multi-function microwave, double electric hob, a toaster and a kettle. This room was well sought after and it's unfortunate that I have to move out of it but because I had signed the tenancy agreement a few months back, I currently need a new tenant to replace me.
